Where can I track how many days of a free trial I have left?

You can monitor the remaining days of your free access on the count-down meter on the top right corner of viberate.com 

... or within your Billing settings. 

We will also send you a reminder three days before the end of your trial. Please note that once your free trial expires, you'll be billed monthly or yearly if you choose not to cancel your subscription.
