What are the Guidelines for adding/editing a Festival Page?

At Viberate we try to map the whole live music industry under one roof. You can find over a million Pages of Artists, Festivals, Venues, and Events. Each Page is unique and what is more, Entity Pages (Artists, Festivals, etc.) are interconnected with each other. So for example, when you'll add an artist to a festival lineup, this will be also recorded on an Artist Page.

Before you add a new Festival Page to the database, you need to follow these minimum requirements:

- The Festival is not in our database yet (here is how you can improve your search results)
- The Festival has live music performances.
- The Festival is ongoing and will be happening in the future.
- That you submit an actual festival and not a one-day event (check here how to distinguish a festival from an event)
- You submit correct information about the lineup, location, and date.
- At least half of the added content is correct.

When editing a Festival Page you need to pay attention:

- That you change the information that is actually outdated or incorrect. Don't edit the information that doesn't need editing.

Either if you are adding or editing a Festival Page, you need to follow both Content and Link requirements, otherwise, your entry might get denied. If you're new to our contribution system, we highly recommend you take a few minutes and read thru all the requirements and if you'll have any questions, you can reach us at support@viberate.com.
