What are Content Requirements for adding/editing Artist Pages?

Providing correct content information is very important when adding/editing Artist Pages. Not only it provides basic information about an artist but it also ranks artists to the corresponding Arist Charts (for example, it determines under which genre and country chart an artist will be ranked).  

When adding or editing Artist Pages, you should stick to the content stated in this section. If you're new to our contribution system, we highly recommend you take a few minutes and read thru the content below as well as General Artist Guidelines and Link Rules. 

Name
Use the official name that is used on the majority of channels (written in the Latin alphabet).

Country
Choose the country in which the artist made their career or the country that the artist publicly considers their home country.

Profile Image
Add the official image, used on the majority of the artist's social media channels. Avoid adding album covers and event photos. The minimum size requirement for adding profile photos is 400x400 px. 

Genres
When setting subgenres, select the most representative first, since the first subgenre will determine artists' main genre (for example, if you choose Mainstream pop, an artist will be listed under Pop genre).
