I have just added all the channels to the Artist Page. Why can't I see the analytics?

First make sure you are logged into your Viberate account and have access to Viberate analytics. If your subscription plan doesn't include access to the content you wish to see, you can always upgrade your plan.

When you add channels to an Artist Page, our algorithms need a little while to do the calculations. This means it takes some time for the analytics to build up and display on an Artist Page. The process usually takes up to 5 days. If you find out it is taking longer on a particular Page, contact us at support@viberate.com, and we will speed up the process.
